Introduction
The sixth grade level was responsible for testing the water quality of our city resaca at three designated sites. The water quality testing was divided into two phases. The first phase involved taking the students to all three designated sites and collecting water samples from each site. The second phase involved lab experiments, applying a qualitative approach to test for any water pollutants.
A team of nineteen six grade students were selected to undertake this task. The group took a field trip to the three designated sites of our city resaca to gather data in order to conduct their study.
