Many years ago, there lived an old man, Don Pedrito. He could cure anything. He helped everybody. One day he had an unusual request from a young girl. This girl was dark completed and wanted to be light. Don Pedrito told her to cover her face with cow manure over night. She was unsure and hesitated about the request. She couldn't believe this would work. She applied the mixture onto half of her face. In the morning,she quickly washed her face. She looked in the mirror and couldn't t believe her eyes. Her face was half light and half dark. The local people say this legend was true.
